Luneo ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

2. Data Collected

We only collect data necessary for the app to function:

• Account data: email address, first name, last name, country
• Garage data: information about your vehicles (make, model, year, mileage)
• Favourites: warning lights you save
• Photos: only if you use the AI scanner or add a vehicle photo

We do not permanently collect your location. Geolocation is only used when you request it to find a nearby garage.

3. Use of Data

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Personalise your experience (filtering by brand, insurance by country)
• Analyse photos via the Anthropic Claude API (AI scanner)
• Improve the application

4. Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely via Firebase (Google), compliant with GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not have access to your passwords.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your data to third parties. Your data may be shared with:

• Firebase / Google: storage and authentication
• Anthropic: only images sent to the AI scanner (not retained)

6. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct your data
• Delete your account and all your data
• Export your data

7. Minors

Luneo is not intended for children under 4 years old. We do not knowingly collect data on minors under 13 years old.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of important changes via the application.
