How do I delete my account?

Open Luneo, go to your Profile, and tap "Delete account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

The AI scanner gave a wrong answer. What should I do?

You can tap "This is not the right warning light" to retry. The system will analyse the picture again with additional context.

Is Luneo available in my language?

Luneo is available in 7 languages: English, French, Hebrew, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Does Luneo work offline?

The warning lights reference works offline. The AI scanner requires an internet connection.
